I take “Happy Living” to heart as my family and I recently embarked on a new adventure – we are living in La Seu d’Urgell, Spain, the town that hosted the 1992 Olympic Whitewater Canoeing events.

The warm Catalan sun perfectly offset the coolness brought in by the Spring winds coming down the mountains. There was no noise from the highway.

I believe there is a place for goals, provided you are ready for them, but the truth is: not everyone is ready for goals.
